Order Deadlines Orders to be delivered
on our trucks must be confimed and completed no later than 3:00pm
Eastern Time on the Wednesday listed on your delivery schedule. Orders are fulfilled as they are received so
our products are available on a first-come, first-served basis--so early orders are encouraged. Orders completed
after 3:00pm will be considered late and be subject to a late order fee of $15.00 or not processed at all. For

Orders to be delivered by UPS can be placed at any time. UPS orders under $50.00
are processed with an additional $5.00 handling fee.

9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern and Friday 10:00am to 1:00pm Eastern. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Payment Terms For deliveries
on our trucks payment is expected at delivery (new accounts must pre-pay with a credit card for the first few orders).
Checks, Money Orders and Cash are acceptable. We must receive one payment per invoice. A handling fee will be applied for
multiple payments (more than one check) applied to the same invoice. Accounts with past due invoices will not be able to place
additional orders without special arrangements from our office. Overdue accounts may be charged a 1.5% monthly interest charge
($1.00 minimum). Checks returned NSF will receive a $35.00 charge per deposit attempt. Declined credit cards will be charged
a $5.00 fee per authorization attempt. For deliveries by UPS or Commercial Carriers
prepayment is required. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for your convenience. To process a credit card we need the
following information: 16-digit credit card number, expiration date, 3-digit card id number (from the back of your card),
and the credit card billing address (where you receive your credit card statement). Failure to provide complete credit card
information may result in additional processing fees (up to 2%) or delay in the processing of your order.

Returns and Credits Since natural
foods with no preservatives store best in cool, dry conditions, our warehouses are refrigerated and we guarantee quality at
the time of delivery; however we cannot guarantee the quality beyond 14 days after purchase.
Intention to return an item must be made within two weeks after delivery. A restocking fee may apply. Items must be returned
in their original packaging. Do not return an item without prior authorization. Items returned without proper authorization
will not receive credit.
Credits will be given consideration if the return
policy is followed. No credit is given on freight or surcharge costs. Credit, when given, will be in the form of a credit
toward a future purchase.
