Fax & Email Orders

To order by fax, please download and print our below. Fax your order to 269.965.8500. You will receive a confirmaiton (a copy of your order as we've entered it into our computers) by fax also, so please include a number for us to fax back to you.

When we fax back your copy you will have 2 hours to make any necessary corrections. After that time your order will be considered confirmed and completed and we will not be able to change your order.

If you are ordering on our truck please check your delivery schedule to make sure you are ordering at the right time.

Please note that you will need the free adobe acrobat reader to open these files. Click on the get adobe icon for your free download.

To save a copy of the delivery schedule to your computer, right click on the route number and select "save target as".

To order by email, please provide us with the following information:

Customer Number
Account Name
Six Digit Item Number
Quantity Desired (not weight)

For example, if you want a 5lb box of Better Than Milk Soy Original, please submit that as (230520 - 1). Do not include the catalog page number - we do not need it.

Email orders may be submitted in the body of an email or as an attachment in MS Word, MS Excel, or PDF formats. At this time we cannot support other formats.

When you place your order by email, you will receive a confirmation (a copy of the order as we put it in our computers) by email (make sure we have a valid email address to respond to). After we send your confirmation you have 2 hours to make any necessary adjusments, then your order is considered confirmed and completed and we will not be able to make any changes.
